Kamloops Dog Training

After many years Maureen has cultivated the ability to ‘’Read’‘ your dog and your behaviours. To recognize and establish an appropriate training program that will benefit both you and your dog.

Maureen is a certified coach with over 40 years training dogs and owners. She has been beneficial to many owners/competitors and their dogs in Manitoba and BC. Specializing in Obedience, hunting, companion dog and competitve field trial animals.

Through years of experience Maureen has developed training programs beneficial to you and your family.

Dog Training Programs

Puppy Training

Maureen offers early puppy training starting at 8 weeks at your home. This early program helps you to recognize puppy’s needs by reading the puppy’s body language and how to teach the very basics.

Specialized Training

Maureen also offers specialized training for dog aggressive and food aggressive dogs.

Field Training

As well as any Field training you require. Such as a sticky mouth or unsteady on line/breaking.

Basic Obedience

With our basic obedience training and lessons your best friend comes and stays at the kennel. Maureen teaches your dog how to heel, sit, stay, lay down and COME. This usually takes 1 – 3 weeks total. The rational for this period is REPETITION. Good training consists of TEACHING, PRACTICE and TESTING. Once your dog remembers you come and learn how to maintain the good behaviour. You will provided all the information you need to go forward and enjoy your obedient dog.

Group Lessons

We offer group lessons as well as private lessons.
